We want you to know that due to less wastage and stepping towards more sustainability, we do not keep stock of every style in bulk to ship the next day. We are a made-to-order brand, and it takes time to make each piece with love.
It takes 10-12 working days to deliver an order Pan India. For example, if you have ordered a garment today, your timeline starts, and we ought to ship it by the 8th-9th working day so it could reach you within 10-12 working days.
Please note: Saturday-Sunday and Public holidays are non-working days.
Usually, it takes 24 hours on working days to get a reply. Since we only have 2 agents in customer care, we expect you to have patience throughout. Our team will definitely get in touch.
