    After you reach out us. Our agent generate a pickup from logistic and schedule a pickup from your place. it takes 1-2 working days for pickup and 3-4 days for the parcel to reach back to us & do Quality check.

  • STEP 4

    Once we receive your parcel back we rectify if the T&c matches or not. We double quality check the product and it takes 1-2 days to confirm back & ship your new product If you have chosen something available from inventory we ship the same time the product is received back If you have chosen something which will go through a making process it could take more 9-12 working days. Tracking id will be provided once the product is shipped.

    The exchange procedure takes 10-12 working days to be completed. Since it involves the pickup, Quality check, checking inventory, or re-making a new product, It may take time We ship the product back to you with the tracking ID shared to you on your mail id/or you will get a link from our logistics.

What Are the Terms and Conditions to Exchange a Product?

  • We quality check the garments exchanged by our customers to us, before furthering the process, if by any chance they don't match our conditions, we return it back to the customer.
  • You must raise the query of exchange within 48 hours of delivery. After that, we won’t consider any query regarding exchange.
  • All the tags, packaging, bills, etc., must be intact on the garment.
  • The garment must be not worn, smelly, washed, etc. basically must be unused and as fresh as new.
  • Garments on sale or customized garments will not be applicable for exchange.

Is there an option to exchange for a different Product?

We only exchange products with size not with other products. For eg. If you have ordered a ‘Baroque cut out dress in size S and it doesn’t fit you/ You got a damaged product/You are not happy with the product quality, You can take another size of the same dress only or the same size of the same dress according to the situation. If your interests don't lie to this you can proceed with our return policy.

Is there a Pick-Up Service to Facilitate the Exchange?

Our team members will get in touch with you to help you out with the same. Please note: All the exchange & return cases will only be handled by the mail team. Is it possible to initiate an international exchange for the product?

We do not facilitate exchanges for international orders due to significant variations in shipping costs. Our garments are crafted with care at our manufacturing house in India. Each piece is made with love, and the typical international shipping cost ranges from 2000 to 2500 INR. Consequently, arranging reverse shipments for exchanges becomes impractical given these high shipping expenses.

If all our conditions for replacements are met, the amount paid by you towards the garment, after deducting the shipping charges, will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card or store credit on our website – www.wabisabistyles.com. This store credit is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.

How Do I Check If My Gift Card Has Been Issued?

  • Login with to your account on our website www.wabisabistyles.com.
  • Click on the human icon on the top right of the page.
  • Go to “My Account”
  • From the menu that appears on the left side of the window, go to “Wallet”.
  • Once you click on “Wallet”, you will be able to see the amount of store credit, and other details such as Validity Period, date the store credit was added on, etc.
  • We also send an email confirmation for the gift card or store credit issued on the registered mail ID.

How Do I Redeem the gift card?

  • Click on View Gift Card Blue Button
  • Now you will receive your gift card coupon code
  • Just Copy the code
  • Click on the Continue Shopping Button

We don't have a refund policy. We do not provide refunds in the form of a cash refund, or refund in the bank account. Since we are made to order brand and we make the product after you order. We don't provide cancellation and refunds at the moment. We simply return the product and issue you a gift card of the same amount
